Johnny's A-1 Sanitation

Used this company three times, and now we find out they are not completely emptying the septic tank. I'm in process of having pipes replaced and plumbers have opened up the septic tank and finding that there is a lot of sludge and solid waste in the tank after being emptied by A1 Jonny 5 days ago. Called the company and they are trying to state that is normal because we've been using the tank the last five days. They claimed at the time they emptied the tank that they sucked out 1000 gallons. It's a 1000 gallon tank. They did not suck all of that out. Instead, they are back paddling on their responsibility, insulting plumbers who are trying to to get the situation fixed, and they have screwed a senior citizen out of $350. This is not an honest company.

Called to schedule a repair for a distribution box that was noted as broken on our home inspection. I was told it would be several weeks before they could fit me in and they gave me a window a few weeks weeks out on when I could plan on replacement. That time came and went, so I called to verify again. They said it would be another week and gave me a date of Aug 25, and they would call to confirm before they came. Never got that call, and still have not heard from them nearly two months after my initial call. I contacted another company and they fit me in within two days and the job was done. I am frustrated and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they clearly did not care about this customer.

I just use this company 5 weeks ago a drive by my house all the time he charged me one price and then 5 weeks later he charged me $40 more for pumping out of portalet not good business at all

We used this company to empty and clean our septic system. James was the worker and spent much time making sure the upflow filter was properly cleaned. Excellant job.
