Steve's Truck & Trailer Repair

WOW! What an incredible business that helped me a lot! I do not live in Latrobe but had need for my car to be fixed before I drove 4 1/2 more hours home. Steve Jr. fit me in right away and took such great care of my car. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. He did not overcharge at all! How wonderful to find a mechanic that helped so quickly and with such care for my situation. Please use them if you're in the Latrobe area. :)

My truck was stuck in the mud in my driveway so I called AAA, explained my situation and they sent out a tow truck. The tow truck driver made little to no effort to get the truck free at all. He spent most of his time on the phone talking to his boss while I was working to get the truck free. After about 15 min I asked him if he planned on helping me. At this point the driver said that his boss wanted more money and that he wasn't going to help or even let me use any of his equipment to get the truck free (This was after I saw the tow truck driver pointing his camera phone at the truck and at my house and I am guessing taking pictures to send to his boss. I don't know what my house has to do with how stuck the truck was???). I told him that if he wasn't going to help that he could leave and that I would be reporting him to AAA. I ended up getting the truck out by myself with my Jeep and a tow strap about 5 min after he left. I really feel like all that they were trying to do is work me over for some more money even though they were already getting paid by AAA. DO NOT GO TO THEM IF YOU NEED A TOW!!!
