    No consistency in care and lack of communication. I was supposed to contact them in Dec 2023, regarding a mask replacement that there was a recall on, when I tried consistently, through the rest of the month, into January and then into Feb, either there was no answer or whoever answered, hung up immediately. Finally, when I got someone, I explained the situation and was told there was no record of what I was explaining to them, although they were aware of who I last spoke with. It sounded like they just were trying to put me off. They told me that they would like to help me right away, but it would take some time and he had no control over the fact that they are short-staffed. I empathized to some degree, but reminded him that they are dealing with life and death matters. I was told they would call me back. In mid-March, after sleeping nearly three months without a proper mask I was finally able to get ahold of customer service. (I had yet to hear from the manager at the Middletown office. They told me all they could do was send an email yet, couldn't promise an expected return response. After messaging their corporate office two weeks prior, getting no response, I finally reached out to my insurance company. A social worker there promised me that the company would contact me the following day, by end of business. Lincare did not call, then, nor did they call me the next day. I finally heard from someone on Friday after end of business and was told they had a mask for me. I called early the day of my appointment, to verify the time. No answer. I then, physically went to the office with my name to verify the appointment time. I was told the person was out sick and they would contact me when that person returned. Two hours later, I received a call from the same person I spoke with in the office, that morning. They had a mask ready for me and I needed to come pick it up, as the person I was scheduled to meet with was out sick. When I arrived, the manager, Dustin, (the same person I saw that morning, and likely the same Dustin, I spoke with in February) was puzzled and asked why I hadn't given my name earlier. I reminded him that I did, but he was in a conversation with a group of individuals and didn't appear to be paying much attention to me, other than to send me away with information that they would have to call me later. I returned to the office and finally got a mask and was told to call them if there were any problems with it. In summation, if there is anyway you can avoid dealing with this company, you should. After my visit, to pick up the mask, I heard from a local Lincare representative that my sleep doctor contacted to describe my dealings with Lincare. He was very professional and sounded genuinely interested in my concerns. He did state that he thought Dustin, the manager was a very nice person. I told him that my issue wasn't necessarily that he wasn't a nice person. He seemed to be that way when I finally picked up the mask. My issue was that niceness, wasn't helping me get my supplies and that was dangerous. The representative thanked me for my candor and gave me his contact information if I experienced any further difficulties. One other issue, is that while the rep contacted by my sleep nurse, appeared concerned and genuinely interested in my experiences, I find it problematic, that corporate didn't contact him sooner when I emailed them almost three weeks ago. instead of my sleep nurse having to do it.

    Took over 3 weeks to get therapist to give me physicians ordered equipment that was sitting in their office ....had to threaten to switch to Apria.... Always a 20 min (or a lot longer)hold when calling into local office.... never available....cxl appointments and don't always let you know before you drive in. I am buying all my extra supplies online from now on. Rude people. But I did receive my bill promptly.

    My doctor faxed Lin I don't care a request for a cpap. They had the request October 20 and this December 1 and still no cpap. They do not return phone calls. Do not waste your time with this company.
