A gem in the heart of downtown Middletown. Close to restaurants, wine bar, coffee shop and other cute places, makes for a fun overnight. Rooms are so clean and cute, a cozy and quiet getaway! Walkability: Super walkable. Food & drinks: Great! Restaurant on the first floor, coffee shop cafe across the street, wine bar next door and more within blocks. Noteworthy details: The decor and design were so nice and unique.

When we first arrived at the hotel the area around is what I would call a gray area. Me and my husband were concerned about leaving the car out of our site. As we gathered our things from the car (we had quite a bit) We mentioned that it would be nice to have some kind of luggage cart. we were happy to see that the building itself was very secure. As we got off the elevator, we noticed a pleasant fragrance in the hall as well as in our room. As we looked around the room we noticed that we had a mini fridge, some complimentary snacks and a coffee maker with coffe making products, no microwave, which was kind of disappointing. We did like the fact that we had a roku tv remote system so we could continue to watch our shows on vacation. The closet had ample space, but I was a little bummed that I didn't have a night stand or table on my side of the bed. The bed was very nice and had very soft sheets. The only thing I had trouble with was the air system kept kicking on at random during the night and startling me each time. The shower in the bathroom was nice but it would have been nice to have some kind of shower chair/bench. We did appreciate the binder of food places on the table. We also liked that there was a reasonably priced hair salon in building which we needed since we were in town for a wedding.

This place is real real cute! Instagram heaven, my friend and I took a ton of pics. The shower is like a magazine. The people were really nice who helped us with our code, we had it wrong, and the building has other stuff like a soul food place that was delish. Pizza place down the street and a distiller with their own homemade vodka and bourbon. Cant wait to come again! Rooms: Pretty bedding and decorations. Lots of cute details. Nearby activities: Pizza, distillery, art studio place, coffee shop, soul food. Safety: The building was well lit with parking right behind. People out walking around like us. Walkability: Easy few blocks with places to eat drink and browse. One guy told us about a Chocolate and Wine walk, so we want to come back for that Food & drinks: Awesome. Lots in the neighborhood to walk to Noteworthy details: The bathroom was so pretty! The rooms was really clean and it smells amazing. This woman told us they have a special scent and you can buy it!
