Prather Oral & Facial Surgery

Daughter had wisdom teeth removed here. Office staff was friendly but medical staff was not friendly at all. Did their job sufficiently but lacked in social skills and empathy towards patient and family. My husband and I both felt they were rude. Paid ALOT of money to be treated like another number instead of a patient. Also, paid for an ice pack which wasnt given to us and we were 30 min away when we realized we didnt get something we paid for. Easy mistake but still annoying. Called office and was told would be given credit for ice pack. We will see...

Called the front desk out of the blue trying to get CBCT for one of my patients (im another dentist) i was pretty impressed with how helpful they were (in such a competitive field).

First time to a dentist in years and this place is awesome had 6 teeth removed at once never knew it happened til it was over only thing is for the people getting put to sleep for teeth removal should see where they will be waking up so they wont wake up confused of their surroundings

Dr Prather was great. The billing staff had me pay my costs upfront (normal)...then my insurance covered my entire procedure because it was sent as a medical claim and not dental. The office refuses to return my calls or send me the refund of my surgery. I have been told this is a form of Fraud and might be filing a lawsuit. This has been going on since 2014. BEWARE. Go elsewhere!

The Most uneducated staff I have ever come across in my entire 63 years of life. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The doctor is decent but the entire staff should be replaced.
