Stay away! I had a tooth extraction and the female dentist Dr. Patell was very rude and had a cold bedside manner. I was having trouble getting numb then when they went to do the extraction she held on to my face and then she had trouble getting my tooth out and the clamp made a loud noise and slipped which made a loud sound, it ended up bruising my mouth and chipping the tooth in half next to the one being extracted. They never mentioned anything to me about breaking half of my other tooth and chipping the one on the other side while I was there. When I got home I was in total shock! When called they said it happens and was normal. Yeah I don't think breaking off 2 other teeth that were in good shape is normal. Only positive was the staff (except the female dentist I had) was very nice.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I was trying to call to let them know I would be late but there message said call back extreme call volume. I actually made it on time but by the time I got to desk I was 2 minutes late because they were assisting someone else in line. They told me I had to reschedule after driving a hour to get there. I told them I have had extreme tooth pain and been throwing up headaches etc thats why I was goingguess that doesnt matter.

Completely rude. Let lots of people coughing in the lobbies but kicks people out for rules that have not been posted on website or in office. No rules written on paper, no rules posted on website, no rules posted on the door or walls, no rules were told were in place before being seen. Treat people like children.. worse than I wouldnt treat my own child with this disrespect. Also if youre going to respond dont give me a generic response that you have given all the other reviews on here do not tell me that I cannot post about my case in a public forum do not tell me that I can contact the office. Treat your people better and you will get better reviews!
