Just went there this morning and I understand its busy but they completely just ignored the add ons i had and just gave me a plain chai with regular cold foam. No caramel or flavors added. This isnt the only time either. Several times when i order tea and add just refesher base to it bc i dont want the fruit pieses they add the fruit even tho its not on the order

Second time now I got the wrong drink. This time she said "latte" and I had ordered a mocha, so I said "latte? I ordered a mocha?" And she said it's a mocha. If you mess up, just fix it. Don't lie. People complain about dumb stuft, so staff is bad because they are burnt out, and then people who tip and don't complain about much get treated like this. The toilet has to stop being a toilet somewhere, and in this case people who get a Sunday treat who also were easy to deal with are being punished. I hope for everyones' sake capitalism collapses so sunday coffee joy goes away for everyone and we won't have these problems anymore.
