        Took my car here for an oil change since I had a free coupon. It did take a while but they came back and told me some things wrong with my car and didn't charge extra for it and gave me honest opinions on it. Prices were a little on the expensive side but they do really good work.

        Probably the worst experience Ive ever had at any car shop. Was told a tire alignment would take an hour and a half max at this location. I brought my car in at 12 and was expecting it to be done by 1:30 because I had work at 2. I saw they were backed up a little so I figured it would be done around 2. Then I went up to the counter to ask when it would be done since it was now 2 and I needed to be at work soon. They told me they havent even pulled it in yet and to give them another hour. So now Ive waited 2 hours for nothing because I asked for my car back without getting any service done to it. The customer service was so bad its like no one was communicating about anything. If I would have known it was going to take 3 hours to get my tires aligned I would have never came to this awful place anyways. Thanks tire discounters for being lying pieces of poop.
