We found Mel thru the recommendation of another client of his, and we're SO glad we did. He's a professional thru and thru, with our best interest in mind. He was available to meet with us immediately, took pictures and had us listed promptly. We had multiple offers after being on the market only one day, and he helped us pick the most solid offer. We sold for 100% of asking price and the transaction was trouble free. Mel guided us thru the negotiations and made it clear that he knows his trade. Mel is the consummate professional and it's clear he cares about the clients that rely on him to guide them in the right direction. As my dad was selling his house after 48 years of living there, Mel made sure he explained what was going on every step of the way and guided us through the entire process. I think my dad's going to have yet another good friend for life. Although he is a professional, he's always fun and enjoyable to work with.
