I had a great appointment, from the front desk to the checkout. Technicians excellent. Dr Almomar was very professional and explained my problems and what comes next. Friendly, helpful people.

My friend and her husband had an appointment at Miamisburg Vision Care for the first time and was taken care of by Dr. Almomar. They said she was pleasant, thorough, and took the time to answer all of their questions. The eyeglass selection was phenomenal, and they were pleased with their eyewear. The entire staff was nice and friendly. The office was clean. They would highly recommend Dr. Almomar and this location.

Most horrible eye place in Dayton Ohio. My 19 yr old daughter called to make an appt to get her yearly eye exam which shes had there b4 and they asked her what kind of insurance we had and she told them and that was that. She shows up for the appt and they proceed to check her in they took the card and sent her back for the exam. When she goes to check out they tell her she doesnt have eye insurance and charge her 144$ for an eye exam. I have vision insurance I pay a good price for it, but I guess they only accept one kind unless its an emergency. So I say shouldnt u inform people before they go back so this isnt a big misunderstanding and they tell me its not their responsibility to tell the patients and that maybe I shouldnt have a 19 yr old call and make appointments if they dont know the correct questions to ask. I was hung up on twice by a receptionist and the office manager.We disputed the charge so they wont get paid either way but I just never in my life would EVER recommend this place to anyone. They were not helpful and they seen a 19yr old just now starting to do her own appointments and they took full advantage of that. Who charges 144$ for an eye exam, really. If they would of informed us like a respectful business I would of respectfully declined and went somewhere way more affordable. And the service wasnt even good! Do better MEC and for everyone else looking for a good eye Dr, this place is NOT the one. And if you do decide to go there, make sure you do their job before your appointment because they obviously are not willing to do so. I strongly would NOT recommend this place. And it made me give them one star to give a review but I wouldnt give them 1/2 a star, they are disgusting and rude and take full advantage of people who are misinformed by them in the first place.
