    Jacked up my medication 13x the price from previous month and couldn't tell me why. Forcibly disconnected me from chat agents twice without resolving my question. Given different answers each time.

    Apparently Anthem hires people off the street with no healthcare knowledge or experience. No one here knows anything. All the cases are messed up all the time, wasting a lot of Providers' time, time that isn't plentiful in hospital settings. Anthem keeps changing their portal and their processes but fails to communicate properly with providers. Then their staff have the nerve to give attitudes because providers have to call all the time for things that should NOT be a phone call (times hundreds of patients) in 2023 - but we have to call because Anthem's build with Availity is incomplete!

    Spent over an hour on the phone trying to place an otc order. Found out Diego, CSR from Walmart the system had been breached. Anthem has a bad habit of poor customer service on the phone. Constantly bouncing me around the queue with nothing resolved. By the way, by the time I completed the call thanks to Walmart I was ready for psychological help. I will be trying another company who trains customer service representatives how to handle calls. Not going to deal with Anthem another year. I am out in March..
