On Friday March 29th, I went to Advanced Auto because my car battery had died and I needed a replacement. I already knew I had a car that was a pain to work on and wasnt sure if theyd be able to replace it for me. Doug was able to successfully remove my old (and corroded) battery and replace it with in a short amount of time. Not only did he achieve that, he explained everything he was doing and what steps he had to follow to remove my battery. Id highly recommend him and Advanced Auto! If corporate is reading this, please give him a raise

Its 745 the store opens at 7:30. Im still sitting outside, waiting on this place to open up the guy inside walked up to the door and threw his hands up like he didnt know what to do and went back inside without communicating anything at all. Cross train your employees to open the door.
