I should have did this sooner but figured since they continue to harass us it was time they got one. I personally dont care whether they are under new management because apparently they always are as most of their management never did their actual jobs. We lived there from 2019-2021 and it was the most worse experience. Towards the end it got so bad with break ins, robberies, disrespect, and the maintenance never did their job. They allow the middle dumpster to always be over flown with trash when we lived there. There was always trash scattered across the yards. We made complaints on calls, and even some in the portal. We always got ignored but if we spoke on the on the phone we would get told they would handle it to still ignore the complaints. The ladies in the office spent more time outside their office near the dog park and we would overhear them as apparently having nearby people hear wasnt a concern to them but they would brag about how they were sleeping with some of the residents who were engaged or had girlfriends. Our neighbors would leave piles of cig butts but nothing was ever done. Eventually we told them we were tired of them never doing anything and our complaints never got listened. We were also tired of the maintenance being lazy, never doing their jobs, and things bring trashy. The entire place at the time was just disgusting. The woman got kind of rude but we told them 40 days in advance and yet we constantly have got phone calls and papers claiming we have to pay. No, if anything our contract was broke and as tenants we were done wrong.

I lived at the preserve at Sagebrook for around 9 months. All things considered it was a good experience. The apartment had multiple issues when I moved in but the staff both office and maintenance were very attentive and seemed to care about getting it fixed. At one point the head of maintenance even gave me his personal number in case of emergency. My unit was fairly up to date, carpet was newer and it had been freshly painted upon move in, paint was a little sloppy but it was temporary for me. During my residency over the range microwaves and new backsplashes were added which was a nice facelift on the overall look. The only real cons are difficult for anyone to control. Trash at times overflows as mentioned in many other reviews, but with that many residents and people moving out and throwing away large items it happens. But this is not an every day issue just pops up here and there. There are some difficult tenants there which do not clean up after themselves or their animals which is a real issue but there were visible efforts by the staff to address it although with only limited success. My biggest complaint is another difficult to control..... crazy amounts of duck feces all over the place. Not the facilities fault but my dog has and allergy to it and was quite a problem for us. The pros. My unit was clean, most of the residents were very nice. The amenities were well maintained and staff again the best you could hope for. It was relatively quiet for as many people that lived there with no crime to speak of. Lots of room for kids to play and a diverse age group of kids made it easy for my little ones to make friends. At the end of the day, its not perfect by any means but I'd recommend anyone to look at this apartment complex as an option for short or long term residency.
