I couldnt have been happier with Sylvia and all the help she gave us in finding our first home! We were looking for quite some time and she never lost patience with us and we ended up in the perfect house for us. Every time we went to look at a place she knew all the right questions to ask the seller and knew exactly what to look for. We ended up in a single family home in Lakewood that was in great shape and for a great price! If we ever decide to sell and look for a new home in this area we will most definitely be seeking her help again! I highly recommend her!!!

August 2020 was the year to purchase my first home shopping for a realtor was very important for me I was introduced to Sylvia Davis by a co-worker the moment we met I was so pleased . she to my hand and guided me alI the way until the end even thru my pickyness and making offers and unsure of what I wanted but she had me to write out what I wanted the most In my home and in the end I got my dream house of everything I wanted after looking at about 50 houses lol and I got the house I wanted. Not to mention she made sure I was secure with an 2000 dollar voucher from ADT. The best realtor ever God Bless thank you my friend

Sylvia was perfect for us she understood what we wanted and was patient with us. During our house hunting and selling process we had a few bumps in the road. Sylvia understood what we were going through and she was very helpful throughout the the entire process. My husband and I are very appreciative to Sylvia for all she has done. If we had to go through it again we would choose Sylvia for sure hands down. Thank you Sylvia so much for all youve done
