Simply put, Mate is amazing. He was very communicative and responsive throughout the process and made this first time buyer feel like it was all quite easy. What was really indispensable about Mate is his depth of knowledge about construction. He would point out possible issues and ballpark costs to fix them on the homes we viewed, which really helped us to narrow down our options based on our budget and get a feeling for what we were getting into before the inspection. Kayla, and the rest of the team at Paramount Group, were nothing but exceptional!! Kayla was very helpful, friendly, and worked around my schedule making herself available whenever I needed her or had questions. She sent text updates at the end of each week during the closing process to keep me in the loop and remind me of important steps to make sure I did not forget.
