This is a great place to work. No it's not perfect but it's far better than alot of factories/warehouses I have previously worked at. The management legitimately cares for it's workers and at least my supervisor as I can't speak for any other shift supervisors is excellent at communicating what we need done and also managing what we are not physically able to do. The work isn't hard but it's work. Friendly workers and can trust most if not all of your coworkers... This company actually takes care of their workers instead of getting rid of them because one minor issue. I'm happy to work for this company and hope to enjoy my time here for however long I'm here. :)

This place is very unprofessional. I came to work every single day early. I was always early coming back from my breaks. I never slacked and I put everything I had into my work every minute I was there. I got fired for having an airpod inside of my ear all while there were males across from me with AirPods visible. My phone was turned on the screen and I was not even looking at it or touching anything to keep me distracted. I respected everyone and was excited about growing in the company. The favoritism within this facility is not acceptable. I am disappointed with the results of getting a job here. I will take my hard work to another company and hopefully grow with what I have to offer.

Great opportunity here, however management needs alot of work. Shop is in disrepair and many people get taken put by ambulance. Some supervisors are disrespectful and inconsiderate. Technicians argue with eachother and there is a general disrgard for engineers propositions.
