Poor organization/atmosphere and even their clearance section is overpriced. Their employees dont seem well-trained or personable. However, there was an older lady in the evening who was friendly and helped us. Id rather go to OfficeMax or Walmart if I can.

As a business owner Im huge on customer service and prompt service. Ive ordered many business cards and other prints and travel to pickup. It started out rough with some people but Hannah who works in the print department is absolutely amazing she corrected all issues and assures my items to be done on time and perfectly! Will continue to be a return customer with her helping going forward!
