        First time here and got a smoothie and a small wrap/sandwich. I walked out with my smoothie and promptly dropped it. Without missing a beat, Andrea offered a replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. Thank you Andrea!

        Placed online order for timed pickup. Arrived to find no orders on pick up rack and the place was EMPTY- no customers or employees behind counter. An employee finally came out to ask what I wanted. I said I had placed an online order 15 minutes ago. She apologized and made my order. I didn't take a sip until in the car and on the road- only to discover my order wasn't done properly (had asked for add ins of blueberries and almond milk). So I paid for the add ins but never got them! Overall negative experience.
