        Used to be. Great restaurant. Daughter and I ordered same sandwich she also.ordered a side of onion rings ans we both ordered milk shakes wich were good but the burgers ans the onion ringznot so much I don't remember burgers being so greasy that you literally could see rhe Grease drip off. No customer interaction what so ever everything is.self serve ate one of my daughters onion rings that she ordered ans I nearly choked on it. If the location last another 3 to 4 years I see it being torn down. Lime is sister store in Willoughby Ohio.

        With the downfall of all the Steak and Shakes going out of business and being torn down you think the ones that are still open would be a little bit more respectful and not let the people sit in line without even a welcome off to McDonald's I go
