Helpful and patient salesman. He let the quality of the product sell itself. Price and delivery fee were fair. Local and employee owned company.

I wasnt impressed at all. The sales rep was dull and so was the store. The rep didnt really have much to say. This is where you will find the cheapest well made traditionally sprung mattresses.

Very poor quality merchandise after 2 years I had to get rid of the mattress nobody would talk to us because the mattress was stained. Worst 1500 dollars we ever spent. At least listen to what the customer had to say . I will never be back

The saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life.
