    Purchased a loveseat with reclining chairs at the end of last year. One month later the arm rest storage bracket broke. We are still waiting for the bracket to come in, and it's the middle of February. Needless to say, we will not be buying from again.

    My husband and I bought a couch on December 27, 2023. It was a custom order and we knew it would take a few weeks for it to be delivered. Our time in the store was very pleasant. The salesman was friendly and accommodating and we were really looking forward to our new couch. When it came the delivery men spent 45 minutes trying to fit it in our back sliding door even though my husband told them he had measured and it would only fit in the side door. Finally they spent 5 minutes bringing it in the side door. When I got home from work I went to sit on the couch and look it over and I found a small tear on the back of the couch. I called the store right away and a lady there said they would have to pick it up and send it back to the company for it to be repaired or replaced. On February 28, 2024 two different delivery people came to pick up the couch. My husband told them to take the legs off or it wouldn't fit out the door. They did not listen. He also asked why they weren't wrapping the couch before they took it out of our house to their truck because most likely we would be getting back this couch. They told him they would wrap it in the truck. They proceeded to take a chunk out of the frame around our half bath, put multiple dings in the wall and knock a shelf off the wall and break the shelf all because they did not take the legs off like my husband requested. When they saw that they could not get the couch out the door with the legs on then they took them off. By then a lot of damage had been done to our home. I immediately called the delivery service number and was told that someone would get back to me on Saturday, this was a Wednesday. I never heard from someone from the service department. The next day I called the store because I thought the manager/owner should know how bad their deliveries were being carried out. An older woman answered the phone and took all my information and would forward it to a manager and I would hear from someone soon. A week later after hearing from no one I called the store again asking to speak with a manager and the phone was answered by a young woman who took all my information again. She said she would look into it and get back to me the next day. The next day she called back and spoke to my husband and really did not have a reason for all the mess and delay we had experienced and still we did not get to speak with a manager. Now it is March 24, 2024 and we still do not have our couch and we have not heard from anyone at Cleveland Furniture Company for 3 weeks. I am planning to stop up there today to see what is going on. It is very unfortunate. The store has lovely furniture, nice prices but once they make the sale the owners do not want to speak to you or help you in any way. I seriously doubt if we will be going back to Cleveland Furniture Company for any more furniture and I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone I know and care about.

    Bought furniture less than 4 years ago. We bought Flexsteel thinking we were getting a better quality and since then have had to replace a recliner due to leather peeling, gears stripping in the motor on more than one piece of furniture multiple times and now they are not covering anything when a piece is once broke again. Will not buy from there again.

    I purchased an entire living room set around 2.5 years ago (couch, loveseat, double chair, and ottoman) for around $4,000. Less than 3 years later and all 4 items are broken. The loveseat frame cracked the first year, the couch frame is severely sunken in with wood poking through, and the front legs on the double chair are broken off. We have a lot of kids who arent the gentlest with the furniture, but even still I expect better quality from something that cost so much money. This furniture does not withstand kids and busy households and is not the best quality. Dont expect it to last a long time.
