Cybele Bridal and Formal Alterations.

Cybele transformed my strapless wedding dress by adding custom made cap sleeves. She is very professional and did a beautiful job with all of the alterations! She is also a pleasure to work with, being as kind as she is talented.

Cybele did the alterations on my wedding gown and it turned out fantastic! She took my dress bodice in by a considerable amount, hemmed, bustled, brought my straps up, added removable sleeves, and did major work on my lace applique detail. She was extremely knowledgeable, and even found things that needed fixed that I hadnt noticed. She was very transparent about everything she was doing to my dress and had an incredible eye for detail. She was so kind and invested in my happiness and vision for my dress. Cybele totally alleviated the stress I felt about getting my dress altered, its so clear that shes amazing at what she does. I would recommend her to any brides looking for a seamstress.

Decent work, but not a good person to work with. Unorganized and unprofessional. Despite an unplanned 7 pound weight loss between my 2nd and final fitting, my dress was altered too small to zip fully. Cybele was not friendly and blamed my non-existent period as the problem. She bad mouthed my diet and exercise and then pushed hard for me to eat very little, avoid weight lifting, and do excessive cardio. I understand dieting and asked her to stop her hurtful comments, but she would not shut her mouth and doubled down on the eating disorder advice. All while I was trapped in half a dress and crying. I was flexible and changed appointments to better suit her schedule, but was not shown the same respect in return. Spent the last two weeks before my wedding starving myself so that I wouldn't have to see this psycho again. Find someone who won't torture you.
