I was in the market for getting ear impressions and all I did was Google Audiologists Near Me and although this place didnt populate as the first choice, IT SHOULD! I had a list of 5-6 facilities to call and get quotes for impressions. This was the only facility that answered my call with genuine customer service, attention and care. I have Shannon to thank for that, so thank you Shannon! On top of that, when I arrived at the facility I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff member by the name of Donna. I was a new patient and she made me feel like anything but that. More like an old friend stopping in to say hello! The Doctor on staff was incredibly friendly as well, and even had a student assistant by her side. It was nice to be a part of an educational experience. To top it all off, I was actually incorrectly quoted (wait for it.) so I was expecting to pay one thing and ended up paying less than A THIRD of what I had expected. $70 instead of $210. There was just some slight miscommunication, but the fact that I was still willing to pay that much for the service goes to show the sheer quality of this facility.

Very efficient, professional and pleasant staff. Dr. Jane Kukula, audiologist, was thorough, gracious, very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns with honesty and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic!

I was in Jersey City for my son's wedding and all of a sudden my hearing aids quit charging. I called the office and they put Dr Jane right in the phone. She tried everything remotely but nothing worked. She called later on that day to see if they were working. No such luck. Dr Jane sent me a new pair overnight so I could hear at my sons wedding. Amazing!  Now I have Covid and can't return the loaner pair. They told me not to worry and bring them in in a couple of weeks. I would highly highly recommend them!!

If you want someone who really cares about you and your hearing, don't go here.  They want to sell you on one type of aid and they don't offer much assistance when the aid doesn't work for you and you will have spent thousands of dollars without recourse. They treated my mother horribly and I couldn't wait to get her to go someplace else which she finally did. The difference in care that she received is night and day compared to this place.  Mom is not new to hearing aids so she/we are fully aware of the process. In other words, this review is based off of decades of experience as a hearing aid wearer.  Very sad.
