DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE FOR ROAD SERVICE THEY TELL YOU A CERTAIN FEE AND THEN THEY CHARGE A WAY DIFFERENT AMOUNT THEY ADD STUFF ON INVOICE THAT THEY DIDNT DO AND THEY ALSO TAKE UP A LOT OF TIME TO BE ABLE TO CHARGE EXTRA HOURS BE CAREFUL!

Mr. Moreno, we spend over 4 hrs. on job you were charged only 4 hrs. and if you didn't ask us to do repairs illegal way yes we would get it done probably good 45 min earlier, but I spend 45 min explaining to you that what you want me to do is not safe for road and it is illegal, but you were very determined to make illegal repairs up to point where you wright a letter to us saying that whatever we do we wouldn't be liable for any outcome from that point on, were we couldn't accept the possibility of anyone being hurt while your NOT DOT LEGAL TRUCK is on road. And every charge on bill was discussed prior dispatching road service call, but apparently safety is not on your mind and I can't change that but I do not want to participate in it. How ever even though we didn't get paid for additional work, mechanic did fix issues with your truck so you can be safe on road. Hope you have a good day. But your rating is not reflecting what actually happened, rather it reflects your misunderstanding of road service operations and your way how road service should be.Hope you have good day

Very bad road service and with ethic! After stating they did a certain job on the side of the road when the truck pulled back into my shop we found that they actually hadnt done the services they listed on the invoice. We advised them to do a certain job and they didnt do that not only did they lie to us about doing the job but they also charged us 4 hours of work when in reality it took them about 20 mins to complete the job not only did they charge extra hours they also overpriced a purge valve just to get more money something that costs 40$ max was set in the invoice for 350$ a bill that was supposed to be around 600$ came out to $1,100 plus tax DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE now hes trying to say we asked him to do illegal repairs when they didnt even do anything of the sort Im making this review just to make sure nobody else falls for these scammers watch out!

Mr. Moreno I have your letter and email were you were asking me to perform ILEGAL REPAIRS TO YOUR TRUCK, I also have recording on my cellphone. I also have GPS time out and time in, i also have receipts for purchases for your truck and mechanic to prove that you are just making this up? Also have report to Authorities as well, I have pictures of replaced parts, and much more but its OK You are just showing who you are .Have good day
