I had an appointment at 2pm. Lady was busy. They had another lady start keying in our info which was fine. She couldnt do our taxes tho. But, then a couple came for some reason and was taken before us and we had an appointment time. The couple should have been made to wait until we were finished instead of making us wait. I dont know if Ill be back next year for tax service. Or I will go somewhere else. What was the point of making an appointment time if you are not taking people when they were next in line?
