        Ordered off door dash, food was incorrect. Called and tried to explain that our order was incorrect and immediately shut us down and told us to call DoorDash. DoorDash wasnt the one who made the pizza incorrect. He was very rude and dismissive. Weve tried calling back but they wont even answer their phones.

        Love the pie, used to work at the Brunswick location, but the Medina manager (buzz cut) has always had a bad attitude and no customer service skills. Upon greeting him, all he said name for the order. Then, when I said, have. a nice day he just moved on to the other lady who had to wait ten minutes. She also had a similar reaction to mine. Get on it!
