Take 5 Oil Change

Usually it would be five stars, and I'm giving three for all the other times but when I went yesterday... The guy that was running the show who I had never had before was kind of a jerk. He had a weird attitude, smirking the whole time, mumbling directions at me from 10 ft away or with his head under the hood. Too lazy to shut my car doors all the way. Without warning he opened my passenger door which usually would have had an avalanche of stuff falling out. Helped himself to my glove box and started taking stuff apart. I had no idea what he was doing. He said that they are supposed to do that, and I believe that, but I've also never had somebody do that especially without asking. He pulled filters out, and I had to tell him four or five different times I didn't have the money to replace them and he just would not let it go. He stuck the filter back into the glove compartment and now it won't stop with this annoying vibration when my fan is on. I went back to point it out and he said it was because of the leaves on the filter. If that was the case, it would have been vibrating before he messed with it. My oil maintenance light is also still on. I can't remember his name but I never had him before and not going to be coming back if he is there again. You guys usually have five star service and the fellas explain everything with a fantastic attitude. Maybe he was having a bad day.

04/06 at 11am, bad experience. I was in line before another person & they told me to let the other lady go first even though she was in a different line lol. This location is always on trash

Horrible service. Left tools and my oil cap loose causing all kinds of issues. Would not recommend.
