Had a delivery to high school and the delivery guy was so rude. The driver David smelled like bad weed and was staring at wife and made her uncomfortable

I am not someone that normally complains about places and I want to preface this with I think most of this is the ownerships fault, but I have ordered food from here a few times and it always takes >1 hour to arrive. This evening I ordered two sandwiches and it took between 1.5 and 2 hours to come. I called in twice while waiting because its Jimmy Johns and it shouldnt take that long, lol. I was informed they only have one driver, however when my food was dropped off no one rang my doorbell or texted/called to say it arrived and during my last call before checking outside the door I was condescendingly told the driver texted me (they didnt). I understand what its like to work a thankless job and not get paid as much as you deserve but at the same time I was polite when calling and it shouldnt take two hours to get cold sandwiches, lol. The owners should hire more people to help their staff out and pay them more to attract people. But also maybe the staff shouldnt treat me like a loser for wondering where my food is when its so late, lol
