Quality Inn & Suites Medina- Akron West

This place has its pros and cons.The rooms are a decent size, there is smart TVs, they do SOMETIMES have breakfast. If you ask the house keepers for anything they are kind and will get it for you in a timely manner. The cons is our bed frame was completely broken and our room had no microwave. I only gave 4 stars because one of the gentlemen who work at the front desk, Joseph, is awesome! He helped us multiple times from getting us towels, cleaning up my coffee I spilled in the elevator while keeping a smile and in good spirits, and when we told him we didnt have a microwave in the room he had one e to us in less than 20 minutes. Definitely keep him around!

The pool has a broken heater. Do NOT come here if you want to swim. No I was not told about it, nothing was discounted. Also, the breakfast area is CRAMPED like I'm talking not worth going to because I don't want to get stepped on. Walkability: It has no sidewalks and an abandoned building on its property

Do not stay here. We did because it was the only place that had availability. This place is disgusting. Smells terrible in the lobby. Parking lot is full of huge potholes. The indoor pool was closed the whole time (but they'll still include it as part of their fees, don't you fret - they will get your money). Room was shabby, bath tub leaked, there was no hand soap, and it definitely needed to be vacuumed. This place NEEDS to go out of business and I personally regret my part in keeping them open. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Rooms: Set your expectations low and prepare to be disappointed anyway Nearby activities: Close enough to downtown. Food & drinks: LAUGHABLE breakfast Noteworthy details: Worst place I have ever stayed.

Toothpaste spit all over the mirror.... not sure what they are thinking. But for the price...overall... almost acceptable Rooms: VERY old spring mattresses. The smell took me back decades..but again, for the price...acceptable.

I've stayed here at the quality inn Medina Ohio. A man working the front desk around 4:45 a.m. was in the lobby watching me as a rang inn for service need of a key. This strange fella stared at me for about five minutes and refused to serve me I found him rude. Finally for about five min he came to serve me a new key. He admitted that he was watching me during this time. 02-02-2024. The room service was horrible. I requested them to vacuum the floor, and nothing was done they refused to pick up. The management here in my opinion needs to be removed. Rooms: Filthy
