Painful. Their ATM was broken and the only way I was allowed to get cash out of my account was to pay a cash advance on my debit card ($50.00). Zero support from Rebecca.

I've been going to this branch for years! They usually greet me by my first name and with a smile. I'm also impressed that many of their employees have been working there for years, which is more rare these days. It's just nice to see some familiar faces and work with people that know what they're doing and seem to enjoy joy their jobs! I highly recommend this Chase branch. It's inside a Buehler's grocery store, which makes banking and grabbing some other items very convenient.

I rarely go inside, but when I do theyre always super polite. Im always greeted when I come in and usually theres no wait. I recently had to switch accounts and get a new card and I had the pleasure of working with Nikki. She was nice and very helpful. She got everything changed for me in no time and I was on my way. Great bank!
