Good bank for the most part, the drive through mic and speaker might need a upgrade as there seems to be a miss-hearing most times I go through. Try to speak clearly I guess.

While most of the employees are helpful & courtious, Jenny is anything but. Talking down to customers is not only unprofessional, but is in poor taste. She doesn't deserve a star but unfortunately I couldn't put anything less.

My experience at Wes Banco has been attrocios!! I've never SEEN such unethical and immoral doings from a so- called banking institution! And HOW are they LEGALLY able to list a vehicle as a "CHARGE OFF" on a credit report, and then STILL demand payments for said vehicle??? If it's "charged off," then their insurance company would've PAID them for the vehicle. So, they're getting money from their insurance company AND demanding payment from the customer as WELL. NOT ONLY have they done THIS to us, BUT IN ADDITION, when we made payments to them in the Mccarthur branch, they turned around and DEPOSITED that MONEY BACK INTO OUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH I PUT OUR ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE VEHICLE, ONTO OUR CHECK FOR PAYMENT!!! To literally make us BEHIND on payments, DELIBERATELY!!! DON'T USE THIS BANKING INSTITUTION for ANY KIND of LOAN FOR ANYTHING!!! ESPECIALLY if you DON'T WANT YOUR CREDIT DESTROYED FOR NO FREAKING REASON!!! BEWARE!!!
