        Chelsea was amazing! She keeps the place running smoothly I really appreciate her I've been there a few times now! They are lucky to have her there!! Thank you for helping me with the breakfast too! Food & drinks: Very good breakfast and lunch spot within the hotel!

        This is a good one. Renovations made it even better. Great location, friendly staff, the restaurant attached is pretty good (the bartenders are excellent).

        The room were very nice and clean. The customer service was amazing the only issue I had was the 15 dollar breakfast dont even do it ur better off going to BK across the street (I hate fast food btw ) but the powder eggs, dog sausage and can fruit isnt worth it I even tried to eat a croissant my husband and it was so hard I couldnt believe I will say the nite dining was a total different experience just excellent and fresh even for the kids.Pool is super warm too which is a plus but not deep at which is safe. Safety: You definitely will see all patrols transit, Cleveland police and Cc police I felt safe

Thank you for your PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING- through stressful times like that it's truly a pleasure to come across people like you who but easy to the situation.
