I am so beyond aggravated with this company right now. I had a shed built back in November, which the shed came out absolutely beautiful and the installers were wonderful. However, the inspector then came out and told me that the anchors to my concrete pad that I paid for were never installed, which at the end of the day things happen I called and they said thats because whoever did my paperwork did it wrong and had it down for dirt anchors mistakes happen they rescheduled for January 26 Since then they have not shown up I have not received a single phone call, but of course the inspector is on me to get this done because my shed is in violation so when I called today again, I spoke with Sara Harrison, the scheduling coordinator who told me that the Installer has been caught up in a few things a week????? The worst part is, I have not received a single phone call about that and her excuse for that is Im sorry weve been caught up with the home show!!!!! Who has the audacity to tell a customer that its not like these sheds cost $20 I spent just under $10,000 on the shed. I paid for anchors that were never installed and then Im told that theyre too busy with the show to give me a phone call when they did not show up to install the anchors, I asked to speak to a manager. Im told there are none available. This is absolutely horrible customer service and if thats the way that she handles it she should not have a job. *** Edit*** Eric, the installer is super professional, manages his time well very friendly and respectful. He has been the best part of this experience.
