        Absolute false advertisement claiming to be the fastest oil change around. Waited half an hour before anyone got to my car. One person was working the entire shop. Then when a second person showed up they walked away to have a chat and left us customers who had been waiting for close to an hour staring at each other across the shop wondering what the fucj is going on. Absolutely infuriating experience. Will never go back to a Take Five again. Avoid At All Costs.

        Maybe they are shortstaff right now or something I dont know, but waited half hour outside of shop and no one came outside. Notice other reviews saying they waited an hour once the car is in the shop too so I guess not worth the wait at the moment. Would not recomand going to this place right now untill they fix whatever issue they have.

        Usually I have a great experience at Take 5. This time not so much. Workers were not friendly. They did not check my tires because I noticed after the fact that my back left tire was lower than the rest. I had to ask if they filled my windshield washer fluid. Poor communication. The girl was talking on her phone while checking me out. They did not put a new sticker on my car for next oil change. Just the simple usual things that should have been done were not. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will not be back to this location.
