Nick M was patient and fair. We bought a 2020 Nissan Leaf. It was a great experience after having left a place with cheesy sales people and old school negotiating tactics. No pressure, just information. Check your car over, you get what you are looking at for the price on the window. This car came with all the equipment- manual, emergency kit, charger cord. Later we did find a chip on the windshield which was a bummer but we were shopping in the rain. I don't think Nick would have been able to change the price. The trade in value he offered me was fair and $1500 more than the cheesy place I went to on the Bedford Automile. Worth the drive. I would highly recommend PricePro.

Sadly, my experience here was not so great. I live 3 hours away from this dealership and was looking for a very particular vehicle. My first phone call I asked for photos of the underside and a video proving sunroof operation. The lady said she would email those to me. 3 days later no response. Second phone call I decided to forego the photos and asked for only sunroof op video. The man on the other line said they could not share videos as they don't have a means to do so (which I find to be a lie given the technology available ). He did, however, go out and verify it worked aside from the sunroof shade fabric being broken from the sliding bar. This sales rep then advised that I need to speak with another rep for some reason, unbeknownst to me. This sales rep emailed me, not called. I called him to setup a time to look at it, but first I wanted to know the sunroof worked before I drove 3 hours away. He told me (and I quote) "No, I'm not going to do that.".... ok not professional but I was willing to bite my tongue and go with it. I setup financing with this dealership, and agreed to go the next day to look at it. After taking a half day off work, running to the bank to get a certified check and picking up a co-driver we were on our way. We get there and the staff was friendly and clean. We appreciated the no pressure sales approach. However immediately after we get into the vehicle it stinks of mildew. After a few minutes we discovered standing water in the rear spare tire well, a soaked DF carpet and a soaked DR carpet. I grabbed the sales person and showed him what we had found. I informed him that we may still consider a deal if they negotiated on the price (I know these cars well and could tell this to be a sunroof drain issue and I know what it costs to fix, it's not cheap). He said no, well recondition it and then you can come back. He at least apologized for wasting our time but that won't make up for the 6 hour round trip drive, a half day of PTO, food or gas.
