I purchased construction estimating software from Aktion that was programmed by Sage. My sales person took control of my computer to sell me the software and sold me software that would not work on my Mac. I downloaded bootcamp and ran the software this way. until purchasing a new computer. Once I purchased the new computer I tried to download again but ran into more issues and was told that I needed to pay more money to make the original purchase work. I asked for a refund and was told to wait with no response. During the waiting time I was billed for an introductory call that was never explained as a billable call or I would have never accepted the meeting. This company operates in the shadows to try and pull a quick one over on someone. Sales people are pushy and manager are dismissive. I reached out to Aktion for a refund of the software that does not work and is no longer installed on any computers and was told "they would look into it" with no response and I have had to dispute the charges on my credit card rather than Aktion doing the stand up thing and offering a refund for the software.
