I dont ever do this, but this was my 4th letdown at serenity. Ive tried massage, facials, couples massage and prenatal. All disappointing. I had an appointment scheduled today, they switched my therapist without telling me. I had specific needs and was told this therapist would be a great fit for me. I had to walk out, when I booked this massage a month in advance. When I talked to someone at reception, they didnt even seem to care that I wasnt happy or I was walking out of the massage for today. This was my last straw there I wont be back. And will be patiently awaiting my refund.

I had an amazing experience when I had my first spa visit last 4/3/2024. Crystal was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend and will be back in the near future

Had an amazing massage by Amber. She was very thorough and took her time to hit all the spots I mentioned were bothering me. Would def go back.

My daughter treated me to my first ever pedicure at Serenity, and it was so nice. Erin and Shii were lovely and made us feel right at home. The facility is serene and relaxing, and we felt very pampered by the VIP service. Not sure why Ive resisted pedicures all my life, looking forward to my next trip to Serenity!

I visited Serenity for the first time on 2/23/24 & it was an amazing experience! I was Debbies client & she was so sweet, personable, professional & informative! I left with so much knowledge about gut health! All of the other staff members I encountered were super friendly! It was a very calming environment!
