Patience is rewarded with quality service. When we called them for an estimate, they were one of the few companies that were accepting new customers. They were very busy so they took awhile to get to us. We did have a miscommunication from the first visit. They were willing to come back out and make it right in order to meet our expectations. Patience is key - they provided great service for a good value and exceeded expectations. We will use them again in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The price point was outstanding and the overall service is second to none. Job was done quickly and cleaned up just as fast. You could hardly know they were there except that two giant Tees were gone and my restored yard looks better than it did before. I will definitely use them again.

We have used them twice. Both times they were professional and bring heavy duty equipment to get the job done. Joe listens to your needs and gives professional advice and all of the employees are professional and courteous. Instead of just chopping trees and limbs, they also look at the aesthetic of trees in context with the yard and house. Terrific company, service and results! Joe came to the house to assess the situation and discuss my needs. He offered professional insight. Before he left he wrote an estimate which was fair and reasonable. Upon agreement he said they were 8 weeks out . Almost exactly 8 weeks later he notified me that they would be out. I had several large trees requiring a crane and a couple mid size pines . My neighbors jumped on board and lined up work as well . The crew was professional, quick and tidy . All done between 8am and 5pm . Hats off to the guy in the bucket that got down and flush cut a large stump that I could not have ground do to ground cover . I recommend Berens ! Services: Tree stump removal, Tree removal
