Great spot. Food was excellent! Drinks were great. We were seated in a spectacular, private little room without even requesting it. Honestly, service was also pretty good. My only critique is that I expect service to be a little more organized when the meal is a bit pricey. Our waitress was great, and I give them some grace also because this restaurant is in an old home, so the staff is navigating the narrow halls and stairs of a truly magnificent place. But staff didn't know what was and was not available on the menu and forgot to share specials until we were ready to order

The food and drinks were really good. The wait staff and bar tender did ok but for as good as the food, drinks and hostess were I personally expected more from our waitress and bar staff. They tainted the experience justa bit and hopefully it was just a bad night for them. The drinks are not cheap but not outrageous either and they were delicious. The food was fantastic again not cheap but the quality was great and the taste and atmosphere were fantastic. This place will do well

Staff & service were excellent, however, the food and atmosphere were beyond disappointing. Social at the Stone House is trying to pass itself off as a high-end dining experience but serves poorly prepared dishes, low-grade quality food in a clamorous atmosphere with tawdry decor while charging luxury prices. The strip steak was very low quality meat (especially for the price), it was over salted and poorly prepared. The temperature of the steak was the most inconsistent Ive had. I asked for medium-rare. The chef somehow managed to cook my ONE steak in sections ranging from well-done to rare. The Parmesan mashed potatoes were incredibly dry and also heavily salted. The appetizer was actually really good and had me excited for the main course but it only came with 12 chips. Yes, 12. My husband counted. The atmosphere was probably the worst part of the entire experience. Everything echoed. If you do decide to dine here, you will have the pleasure of hearing every other guests conversations and experience everyone gradually becoming louder just to be able to be heard at their own table.

Social at the Stone House is a charming old home with three levels and a delightful patio. The third-floor bar exudes a rustic cigar lounge vibe, adding to its allure. The owner's personal touch in decorating the property is evident, showcasing a passion for the establishment. During my visit, I savored the bourbon-glazed pork chop with roasted Creole tomatoes, smashed garlic Redskins, and blistered Shishito peppers with soy aioli. The pork chop was a standout juicy, flavorful, and perfectly glazed. While the tomatoes were a bit overwhelming, the garlic Redskins were crispy and seasoned to perfection. However, the Shishito peppers, though enticingly described, fell short with a greasy texture and lack of flavor. Despite this, the pork chop shone as a delicious main course. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu and experience the patio ambiance in the upcoming summer months.
