I am a case manager for one of your Tenats. I called stewardship for maintaince of my clients Bathtub. Josh came in on time and was able to get the part for the Tub. He was friendly and personable! He made sure everything was done and taken care. Awesome Guy! Also I can not able to write a seperate review but Toby came and fixed his thermosat as well! He was patient with my client and really listened to he needs! Toby came in and gave my client a brand new Thermosat! Both Josh and Toby were great!! Thank you so much for taking care of his needs!

Maintenance man Josh best Ive ever seen if I could request him everytime I would he is very respectful and patient he always explains to us whats wrong before fixing it and he doesnt waste time fixing the problem either very efficient give Josh a raise!!
