Phenomenal. We filled out our inquiry online at night and he immediately followed up to make sure it wasnt an emergency. We then scheduled an appointment. He was very knowledgeable on his craft and the potential difficulties his work can face up against. His Customer Service was great as well. Will definitely use him again!

He came the day before Easter and arrived in ten minutes after we got off the phone. Took his time and did a perfect job for me and my family. Couldnt even run the sink because outer basement would flood due to roots in our drain. Will use for any issues and maintenance for our drain and sewer system. Thank you for the great work

Called in about what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. Andrew jumped on the phone and coached me through the issue in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service, saved me money not coming out for a small fix. I highly recommend them and will be using RMS for all my future plumbing needs.

Incredible service, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also very honest! He could have sold me something I didnt need but instead after realizing it didnt need replaced he let me know and made a quick adjustment to fix it at no extra cost. I would use him again and cant recommend his service more!
