I was sceptical at first glance. But amongst meeting the friendly staff/owner's I think. It was 60 for a smaller room that looked pretty outdated but everything worked it was warm and quiet and it turned out to be a nice cozy night with someone I really wanted to spend time with for me it was well worth the 60 bucks I'm going back this weekend bring your own soap Safety: Place was in a decent area you don't hear a lot of police cyerns. Also hospital is not fair a long with police station Walkability: Lots of places to walk to also on bus route Food & drinks: Restaurants and gas stations all around I recommend Antonino's Pizza right near by

called ahead of time about a room, was told it was 55$ a night, arrive to office 3 minutes later and am told it is now 65$ a night . eventually end up getting them to give me the original 55$ price they told me..get to room and am told NOT to touch the heater under ANY circumstance because it is already on. room ends up being insanely cold not to mention the huge gap under the door and draft blowing through window. TV was so unbearably grainy, remote barely worked and shower was absolutely FOUL. was sad because I had much higher hopes for the place it looked like it would be decent. On the positive side no bed bugs that I could find and room did have a microwave and fridge. So I give it a 6.5/10..would stay again if in a pinch.
