        I went with my insurance to get my teeth cleaned. My insurance covers 100% of that service. In October 2023, I noted at the time of my cleaning again staff turnover happened. A new dental assistant did x rays on me that were done at the last visit. I objected to this and was advised by the office manager Wincek I would not be billed. I am now being hounded by Great Expressions for a charge for service I did not need. Their Customer Service line does not call back and the office manager who told me I would not be charged gave me a bogus reason for the charge clearly noted on the bill as x rays.
