Dr Dallas is wonderful! She is excellent at teaching and explaining what she is doing or any procedure that needs done. She makes sure everyone knows the plan, understands and agrees. The office staff were just as amazing! They were all friendly and welcoming. My hygienist was efficient, gentle and knowledgeable. I had my 2 year old with me for my appointment and they were very patient with him. They let him sit in the chair and counted his teeth. He loved it! The office is updated and very clean. Hometown and Family are perfect names for this practice. It is so accurate because I felt right at home and like I was visiting old friends or family. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist office!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to! Changed dentists as my old dentist patient load was making it impossible to get timely appointments. Called this office and was in within a matter of a week. Had a cleaning, X-rays and exam on my first visit. Office staff, dentist and hygienist were all professional and had a genuine aire that they cared about you and your oral health, not just what insurance you had. I cant say enough good things about the hygienist, Racheal, she was gentle, thorough, explained everything and I never want to have a cleaning by anyone else! They gained a patient for life!

Hometown Family Dental is amazing! My entire family has been seen here and I cant sing their praises enough. Dr. Dallas is absolutely amazing with my children(all under the age of ten). The staff makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the door. I 100% recommend being seen here.

I can not remember ever going to a medical or dental office where I was greeted with such warmth. Being a bit anxious as I went to have a tooth extraction, the friendly office gal had me feeling at ease within minutes. I had questions for the dentist who was more than willing to answer them. My tooth was extracted with no problems and I was on my way. If youre looking for a new dentist, Id highly recommend Hometown Family Dentists in Masssillon.
