We had a great experience at Diehl Kia with Josh Haney! Been looking for this exact Telluride for awhile. Called to confirm it was actually on the lot, they were nice enough to send a couple pictures because it just arrived the other day. No games, they gave us a fair trade-in for our old car. I purchased a new 2023 Telluride from Diehl KIA of Massillon. I researched online and found the vehicle I was looking for. After making a phone call to confirm it's availability and price, I decided to make the purchase the same day (many dealerships are charging a market adjustment fee of upwards of $4000. This dealership charged us the exact MSRP). We live in PA so I figured it would be a bit of an ordeal purchasing out of state, however, I was wrong. I spoke with Jeff Ross on the phone, he sent me pictures of the vehicle, I sent him my information so that all the paperwork would be filled out when we arrived. When we arrived we met with Ron Brunty who showed us the vehicle and quickly got us taken care of. We were in and out and back on road in no time. Overall, great experience with this dealership. Would definitely recommend to others.

Completely awful from my first interaction with them attempting to check my car in... few minutes after I leave I get a phone call and the girl says you forgot to give me your keys.... in my mind I think she forgot to take my keys come to find out she probably tried to blame me that the paper work she filled out did not have all the work needed listed...trying to get someone to call you back to resolve an issue has been ridiculous I'm Going on 30 hours multiple messages stopped in the dealership nothing if I could give negative Stars I would
