It was our first time buying a car and we were very nervous about the whole process. As soon as we walked in and were greeted by Mikko we felt at ease. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Mikko to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was originally pleased with my purchase and the level of service I received. I since discovered after reviewing the paperwork that I was charged $628. over the sticker price. Ive called there a half dozen times trying to leave messages for the salesperson Ryan Goodall. He refuses to return my calls because the sale is final, he (and the dealership) have made their money, and now couldnt care less about the customer after that. Its been three months, they continue to ignore me, so now Ill make a report to the BBB. Zero stars.

Super service from genuinely great people. Jeff Ross was a wonderful salesman, entire staff was friendly & accommodating. Would recommend them & will definitely shop there again!

This is absolutely the best Dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They did everything they could to get me in a safe and wonderful vehicle. The salespeople and finance department are the best. They explain everything about the vehicle and what amenities are through the dealer and dealership. I definitely recommend Diehl as your next official dealer.
