        Absolutely the worst. Keep picking up the work order for my washer and dryer install, then saying they cant deliver to my location. They are afraid of their own trucks and will lie while arranging delivery. They assured Best Buy and myself that this time they would really deliver it. They canceled again citing same incorrect reasons. And from what I see here, Im lucky they did because theyre awful. Ladon specifically is a problem.

        I have been in the transition industry for over 30 years. In that time i have never witnessed a company as poorly managed as PTG. I have never seen a company put them selves in a position that employees make decisions for them. If you are offered a job or considering working for them do yourself a favor and stay away far away.
