I am thoroughly impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism that I experienced. I was greeted at the door with a smile, and with a warm welcome. Brian Bennett, the General Manager is the epitome of five star customer service. He treated everyone with extreme kindness and courtesy, and went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was satisfied with their services. Tim Bradshaw, the Service Manager made me aware that they are a full service store, so I will be bringing my cars back to this location for service on the days that I work in Mason. It is definitely worth the drive for me to go where I feel respected. I appreciate you gentlemen. Logan, keep that awesome energy.

Tim, Tommy and Logan are awesome! Tommy was the mechanic who fixed my brakes, calipers and a bad wheel bearing. Great to work with and super friendly!

Visited the store twice this week. The first time I bought four tires and had them installed. The second time was for an oil change. Both times Logan helped me out at the service desk. He was super helpful, informative, and friendly. I would definitely visit the new location again. Great team and great service.

The overall experience at this location has been frustrating. The staff in the store insisted they cant correct the issue. It must be handled by corporate.
The online quote did not include several items and fees. I was told by two separate people that there was a $100 mail in rebate. There was no mention of requiring their store credit card. Just that I would receive the information with the receipt and I would then mail it in.
Unfortunately the rebate came with several requirements that they knew I did not meet from the very beginning.
The invoice is confusing and makes it hard to see what youre actually paying for.
I highly recommend you avoid them. I have called several times and have gotten empty promises. They pulled a bait and switch. Quoted a very reasonable and fair price, then when youre at the counter suddenly you are being charged more.
I am still waiting for the return call I was promised. The original contact person apologized for misquoting the rebate and was going to see what he can do
