My first and last time here, I should of stayed with Jackson Hewitt seeing how I'm going to have to have them go over my taxes again.note patti was very nice, she never told me what my fees where, they where double than what I was expecting.My biggest is after being told to come back with eins for both federal and state I was under the impression I was apply for a refund advance, after hours and being called the  Guinea pigI left believing in 2 days my refund advance would be loaded onto a Walmart money card.(I didn't get a choice of where I wanted my money deposited)that was 1/16/19 after numerous calls and promises to be called back (which hasn't happened as of yet 1/24/19) because I hadn't heard anything I found out 2 more things one I was denied as of now I really don't care about that what I do care about is my taxes were filed using only my last paystub and not my w2 and no one said anything!!because I would of never agreed to that.. also I was giving advance amounts and fees,as if I had been approved before even knowing herself I feel is false advertising. I'm disappointed and hurt that someone i trusted with my private business could smile at me and take advantage of me all at the same time.. needless to say I won't be going back and I'll be talking to more tax professionals about how she was able to file my taxes with only my paystub and not tell me she was doing an actual return. I have no stars to give this company. If you decided to do business with this company I suggest you ask what they all are planning to do with your last paystub and what the fees are before proceeding. Note the star was only so I could leave a review
