Blaze Pizza

I got a meats pizza and added banana peppers with a ceaser side salad with a drink. I planned on getting lemonade, but niether fountain was filled, so ended up with Sierra Mist. Not the end of the world, more of a nuisance. The pizza came and was excellent. The salad had a good taste but the lettuce was huge! Had to fold it repeatedly on my fork to get a bite. The croutons were hard and a bit on the salty side. Will go back for the pizza, but will skip the ceaser next time.

1/18/23 JUDAH, is the man, he definitely had the best customer service here at blaze, and loved how he engaged with guests. I can see him having a bright future ahead with his ability of performance. Blaze Pizza has been my go to spot for roughly 3 years now. Starting the new year off right.

There was a long line to get to the counter, and there were only 2 people working. To go orders were taking up most of the time, so they were having difficulty keeping up with the customers who were waiting inside the store. It was taking about 30 or longer minutes to wait in line. One worker was making dough while another one was working the oven. While doing that, they were making pizza as they went when they could. For to go orders the orders were not prepared. They started preparing the orders when customers arrived for pick up.
